A waste of money! I gave it one star because it will not let you leave a review with zero stars It didn’t come with any instructions. I did manage to figure it out based on other ones I have had through the years. It makes a horrible mess in the microwave. The design of the steam holes has water flowing out everywhere as it cooks. Find another rice cooker. I would return it but I threw the box away. Read more

There were no instructions included so the first time I tried this cooker I went by the normal 1 cup of water & 1 cup of rice and it came out okay. I set the time at 5 minutes but that might have been too long because there was a bit of foam on the microwave turntable and there were some grains of rice at the top of the cooker. The rice tasted fine, though. Taking the cooker out of the micrwave was easy because the handles did not get hot. This rice cooker is a good solution if you don't have a stand alone rice cooker or you don't want to do it on the stove. Read more
