The material quality of this dress feels higher end - it’s a medium weight fabric, smooth, felt comfortable to wear and looks more expensive than what it’s going for. It had zero wrinkles right out of the package too! I was worried the peplum would make my hips look wider than I prefer, but it didn’t and I felt very classy in this dress. It is a body con style which isn’t my favorite and I did need to wear a spanx to smooth out lumps and bumps. Sorry I didn’t get a picture at my event. This is a great dress with a few caveats. I have a short waist and I found that the waist on this dress sat a bit low, and it was more apparent with the peplum detailing. So while i will be donating this particualy dress bc it does not go well with my body proportions, the dress itself is very pretty and a great option for church or going out if you are more conservative, as it is longer as well and fits mid calf for me. If you have a longer waist, you should have no problem with the waist fitting properly. The color is true to life, a navy blue. The fabric is polyester and satin like. It's very comfortable as well. It's a bit wrinkled from the packaging, but a quick tussle in the dryer with a damp hand towel should straighten everything out. Because it is a satin polyester, I wouldn't mess with an actual iron too much, and if you get a form fitting size most of it will stretch out and the wrinkles will be gone. I normally wear size XL in women's dresses and I ordered size XXL based on the size chart. It says it fits 36.61 waist which is slightly larger than my waist and it is very snug in the waist. I can't say the chart is wrong but I would have preferred to order two sizes up for a loose fit rather than snug fit but it is probably more flattering this way. The fabric is made from 57% rayon, 38% nylon, 5% spandex. The fabric is somewhat stretchy and smooth giving it a very comfortable feeling. The tag says machine wash cold, cold iron, and dry flat. Nice it is rayon it is prone to tearing when wet which is why you are not supposed to machine dry. You might be able to dry it in a mesh bag though. I would say the dress is average warmth neither keeping you very warm not being cooling so it would be appropriate to wear it wherever but I wouldn't recommend it on a hot day outdoors at a church picnic probably. The dress is very modest. I am 5'11" and the dress comes down to the top of my knees so its length should be suitable for anyone of any height. There is a small slit on the back of the dress to help you walk more naturally. The slit is at least three inches below my underwear and won't be revealing when sitting down. The dress has a flap at the belly which gives it a nice feminine look while also helping conceal belly fat. I think the dress is very flattering and should be suitable for both skinny and large people. Overall I would say this is a nice dress for work or church. The price is somewhat high but considering the good construction and flatting design I would say that it is a fair price. There are nicer dresses with better fabric but they are usually three times as expensive retail. I am very impressed by this dress and look forward to wearing it. Read more

Beautiful high quality dress with good stretch so the fabric wa not rigid or rough on the skin. Purchased for my daughter to wear for church and is highly appropriate with its knee length and thickness of the material.
