Can’t Hear
Need to return. There is way more than a 20% degradation in volume when call received. Everything was muffled. I followed all instructions ensuring there was no air between shield and case and didn’t help. The instructions for “issues” are poorly written. I’ve had this case for over a month now. It’s lost a little bit of its coloring, BUT this case is very durable. I was driving around in our golf cart, and my phone bounced out and toppled onto the concrete. If that wasn’t bad enough, as I was walking back to get it, it gets RUN OVER by not one, but two cars.
