With the fluctuation of the edema swelling my hands these ring size tighteners fill in and reducing the ring size when the swelling is down. Are easy to remove when swelling goes up and i need more space. Excellent value for the money... Saves me from worrying about my ring slipping off and losing it. They’re comfortable, I never felt it, even with wearing it for several hours at a time. The thickness is a bit minimal, I could have used one a tiny bit thicker.
