I received my OUPES guardian 6000 about a week ago. So far, I’m extremely impressed and happy with it. I own eight other power stations, but this is my first OUPES and it’s by far my largest. It is very heavy and at 74 years old, there is no way I can lift it. Thankfully, the wheels and luggage style handle do allow some mobility. My primary interest in this unit is its ability to produce 240V power. I do plan on using this as a whole home back up when needed and the 240V output will allow me to energize both legs of my 120V circuits, even if I don’t plan on using 240V appliances. The installed battery capacity and inverter capabilities are excellent, especially at this price point. The only reason for the four star rating are my two minor complaints about the product. The first being the app. Why, in this day and age can we not get an easy to connect, smooth running app, which stays connected, on a $2000 power station. Other major manufacturers managed to accomplish this even on sub $500 units. My second issue involves the solar charging. On paper, the single 2100W. (140V/15A) charge controller looks impressive, but achieving this input with the voltage and amperage ratings of most panels is nearly impossible. Personally, I hope future units incorporate a second charge controller for more solar flexibility. Overall, disregarding my two personal complain complaints, this is an impressive solar generator, at an extremely good price point. If you are looking for a 240V capable power station, this one deserves serious consideration. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I live in Florida hurricanes and lots of blackouts. So I purchased the Oupes Guardian 6000 and I’m glad i did. Thanks to its 240v capability I was able to plug this into our generlink and power my whole home. We simulated an outage and with this size inverter and battery storage there were no problems running the fridge, tv and all our internet equipment, lights and fans. If we have extended outage I will use my portable generator for a quick 240v charge and this was instead of hearing the noisy generator all day we get 20 hours of quiet back up. And just 2 hours of noisy generator. Easy to use quick charge rate at 240v and enough battery storage and power to run almost everything in my home. The only thing I would change is that it could have come with a 240v charging cable in addition to the 120v cable it comes with. I had to pick up an adapter to charge at 240v. With that said I definitely recommend this system to anyone who is looking for battery backup! Read more

Great unit. Can run most of my house with no issues. Would be perfect for a short term power outage. Only downside is that it doesn't have pass through charging on 240v and on the 120v when plugged in only has some outlets work and the inverter goes from 3600w to about 2300w. Read more
Excellent product. Easy to set up and use. Exceeded my expectations. Packaging was excellent insuring no damage during shipping. I plan on buying more solar panels and batteries to get the maximum from this setup. I have wanted my very own off grid power grid, and now I have it. Very satisfied customer. David Ross Read more
Overall, very happy with the device. It works as advertised. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that you cant update the device firmware with their app. A flagship device should absolutely have this ability to fix problems that may arise or make the device better/more efficient. Read more
So far good.. didn’t see any issue with shipping. Used little bit. All looks good. Will update more once I actively start using it. Read more
I waited months for this release and passed on the EcoFlow Delta 3 Pro in favor of this unit. Overall, I’m glad I did—but Oupes really dropped the ball with the limited 140V/15A solar input. It’s among the weakest on the market, if not the weakest, for a battery generator in this class. Handicapping it this way was a poor decision on their part. Also, that 140v is misleading, it is actually 130volts in practice. The app works well enough, but the naming is odd. Without “Oupes” in the title, it’s harder to find than it should be. Another questionable choice. Now for the positives. I tested the unit charging my Model 3 Performance at 240V and 7,000 watts, and it handled the load flawlessly the entire time. I also ran my tire equipment and air compressor in the shed, and it performed without any issues. The unit rolls easily thanks to the pull-out handle, though the wheels are a bit small. It supports simultaneous dual-phase output (240V and 120V), which is a nice feature. I do wish it supported charging directly from EV chargers at 240V for faster recharge, similar to EcoFlow. Hopefully that’s something they plan to add. For the price, it’s a solid unit, but I would have paid a bit more for true high-capacity solar input charging. It does come with a 6-year warranty provided you register the unit- one of longest warranties on market. Read more
