The media could not be loaded. Let me say this is a great unit. My first one has a bug where it wouldn't connect to more than one B2 battery. I talked to Oupes about it and figured my Mega 2 was defective. They sent me a shipping label for the old one and shipped me a new one right away. Problem solved. Gotta say I was impressed. One of the best investments I’ve made. I’m trying to start my own baking business and often do festivals and events selling my goods. I prefer having a digital setup with monitors for electronic menu list, standing fans for hot months, as well as string lights for decoration and lighting, and this generator is incredible. Already used it for several events. Many venues either charge an extra fee for electricity or don’t offer it at all. And the generator being electric means no fumes and completely silent. Great battery life, charges relatively quick, and being able to check it with the app is very convenient. When I expand my business and get a food truck I plan on investing in more backup batteries to have extra power. The ability to connect multiple backups is another feature I enjoy. Will continue to use and expand in future. My only caveat is transport as they are a bit bulky and hefty, but all large capacity generators are. Still worth it. Read more
Very nice portable emergency power station. Light weight and seems to recharge very fast with the AC charger. However, the 100W solar panel has much less than expected power output. Only getting 60-65% of the 100W output. improvement needs to be made in this area. Read more
Got my Mega 2 just before Christmas and solar panel a few days later. Have done a quick checking with solar panel and AC charging. It charge well with each of the two methods, the noise is low and the response is good. Both product seems to be well built and well thought out. MC4 to various adapters are provided and come in handy. Cable seems to be thick and good. Overall, my impression is good and glad that I decided on this brand. Mega 2 for me is a "multi-use generator" where I can use it for camping and at home as well. This is the main reason I choose Mega 2. If you are concern about the weight, you could use a light duty hand truck to carry it to your vehicle and just lift it. It is more liftable than Mega 3 for sure even though Mega 3 has wheels. We have not had a need to use the Mega 2 Portable Power Station. We have started the power station, charged it and know it will come in handy with all the bad weather we are having and a chance of power outages. It will also come in handy with our camper during the camping season. Read more
