I ran it through the wash upon receiving it. Zero problems. I purposely bought mine one size too large to take advantage of the cavernous pocket spaces. Great looking coat. I did make an important modification right off the bat. The buttons all over this are snap buttons, and they rattle with the slightest movement. There's a lot of buttons all over this. My solution was to put a drop of rubber cement in each button. Problem solved. Great feeling coat. Even while driving. For me, if I unzip it fully, I can handle it being on for a while inside. The concealed carry option is on both the left and right sides. There is an elastic band inside to help position your gun. I don't use it myself. I just put my gun in the pocket. Tons of room pocket-wise. I ended up dragging a ton of stuff around through the winter. It was a bit overboard what I was carrying. If you are looking for a great, concealed carry coat, get this one. I like the coat. It looks good. It’s warm enough. I like that the hood is removable. The pockets are a little small for my hands. I can get things out of them without a problem. I just mean the two you put your hands in when it’s cold. Read more

coat arrived today. I ordered it a size bigger (XL) because i wear a fleece or a down jacket as layers. Plenty of room to wear both. Its lighter than my barn coat, same dark chocolate brown. Hood will be handy as well. Of course it arrived on a wet cold fall day so ive already been trying it out in the weather. Pockets all over an all roomy. snaps rattle a bit but i have the tools to tighten those up. zippers are nice. hood is easy to zip off and on. Read more
