Needed a brush in order to help scrub down a tile floor which had efflorescence in the grout lines. Used a hand brush for the first hour or so but figured there had to be a better way. This thing is AWESOME. Baffled as to why you can't buy anything like this at the local big box stores like Home Depot or Lowes. I used it with both a drill and a 1/4" impact driver and both worked really well. Some very hard use over 25 square feet of marble tile and none of the bristles are deformed or bent in any way. Seems very sturdy, should last forever. I purchased both the 4" and the 2" brushes since I had to get into some corner areas, which turned out to be a smart move since the 4" couldn't get into the small spaces the 2" did. The red bristles are quite stiff, but not as stiff as those that were on the Grout and Tile Cleaning Brush that I was using before switching to this. Slightly softer, but that wasn't a big issue for me. Read more

These 2-inch drill brushes ( there are 5 or 6 different colors ) are super great + very effective to clean stained spots on many different surfaces when use the appropriate color of brush for certain surface. I really like them , and if I need to buy more , I wouldn't hesitate for 1 minute , to buy more. Especially since I own 5 colors of these brushes , different color for different surface. For large stained / dirty areas , the Seller has the larger drill brushes , in 4-inch or 5-inch brushes. Also it's better to use short bristles on ALL brushes , they clean much more effective. Also need to be sure you use the appropriate color for the right cleaning surface , refer to the COLOR SHEET / CHART , or call the Seller. Read more

We had abour 1” water in house during Harvey and mopped brick tile floors daily with bleach which made 50+ years of Wax and MopnGlo break up. Unsightly. Was going to scrub off old finish someday anyway so started process with scouring pads, hand grout brushes— wire and stiff nylon. Finish build up removal by hand was difficult, but I’m too cheap to hire a restoration service so decided to continue on my own but to work smarted. By hand the job needing solvent cleaners and much elbow grease, rescrubbing after drying when I’d find residue— white-ish areas in the grout, same and darker splotches on brick tiles. Fastest progress was one 2’ x 3’ patch in 4 hours allowing for area to dry periodically to check progress. Needing to work faster, I found this brush and ordered it with a 4” brush and heavy duty scouring pads all with drill fittings. The 2” brush is removing the 50+ years of build up well on brick floor grout. Hasn’t worn down much at all yet after doing the entry way floor which is 8’ x 15’. Using this brush with hot water and less caustic cleaners than previously used are giving results with less work on my part, no need for mask. Desired results still require some work, but sore arms, shoulders, back are not the issue they were when I was trying to do the job without this brush. I also ordered the 4” brush with drill bit, but spray is more controlled with 2” brush. The scouring pads for a drill work better on the brick tiles themselves, but I have also used this on them for divits where old residue is harder to get. Still requires work but much less and without any scratches detected. Finished the entry in about 6 hours total. I have the den to go, about 25’ x 20’. Considering the progress I’ve made with the brush as opposed to without, I’d consider it reasonable to order another one if this one doesn’t last. Pictures 1st— residue on grout removed using 2” drill brush, residue on brick tiles removed using drill scouring pads and touched up with 2” drill brush 2nd— floor scrubbed by hand. White marks are residue from broken down finish. Removal by hand involved scrubbing, rinsing, drying to check progress. 3rd— bleach mopped floors before trying to remove finish Read more

Added these to my car detailing kit when I first started detailing cars. They have held up very well and the color coding makes it easy to know which one to use for which material. Read more

Being a 1 inch tall bristle they flex too much for bathroom tile grout to clean it. Maybe if the company released a 1/4 inch bristle brush it might work better and maybe a reduced head diameter might be able to get into the grout better. I ended up up flattening the bristles while using it. I might go with the black bristles and cut them shorter so they remain upright. Trial and error. Read more

This was really fun to use! I assume cleaning grout is not meant to be fun, but I enjoyed using my husband’s drill for the first time in my life, and the attachment made swift work of four years worth of ground-in dirt in the grout. Though I bought chemical grout cleaner spray to go with it, I ended up using plain white vinegar after one of my dogs walked on the chemical grout spray. In the photo, that whole area was cleaned with just vinegar, the drill attachment, and my son and husband helped using a regular grout brush. (FYI, the grout *has* to be wet with vinegar or another cleaner, or it won’t work. I tried plain water and I tried doing it dry, as an experiment, and neither works). Interestingly, the plain grout brush and this drill brush attachment both worked equally well... I’d say the only difference being the drill was more fun, and saved me from having to put in much “elbow grease”. I recommend it! Read more
