Superb quality, these light fixtures are glass and metal, the wood grain isn't wood but metal painted to look like wood, since they are exterior lights i think that actual wood wouldn't last long so I dont mind the faux wood, they dont feel cheap at all, very easy to install, they look very nice on my farmhouse home, they were very well packaged, no missing parts and nothing broken, I'm very pleased with them! Nice light fixture. Did not need motion sensing as we are going to use a Ring Alarm smart bulb in this fixture. Fairly heavy construction and sturdy. Does not feel flimsy. Glass texture looks good and panels are solidly mounted. The housing, upper arm and backing plate are solidly connected with no looseness or wiggling. Comes with its own backing which mounts to typical lighting gang box but mounting screws are not included. There are two long screw posts for attaching the light fixture with black decorative cap screws. Easy wiring with black, white and ground cable. Wire nuts are not included. I don't like the trend in outdoor lighting that uses irreplaceable built-in LED bulbs. These have failed on me early and reliably. I like a nice, old-fashioned socket and bulb, without difficult to find bulb bases. These metal sconces accommodate a standard bulb base. They have real glass shades. The bottom of the light housing is open - I haven't decided if this is good or bad for insect invasion. Our previous lights were enclosed, and insects still got in. I'm hoping being open at least makes that issue easier to clean. They have the appearance of metal and wood, making them perfect for the mix of simple and rustic I was looking for. So far the dusk-to-dawn feature works perfectly. They are beautiful and reasonably priced compared to many light fixtures out there. These were a good purchase. Read more

This was a nice choice for our back deck area. It definitely is an upgrade from our previous fixture. Install was a little challenging but that could be more because of our house rather than the fixture. My husband had to place a shim under the mount because it wouldn’t hang flush against our vinyl siding. I don’t love that the screws are visible through the glass. You have to look close but wish those were covered. But it’s a nice light—definitely bigger and better than what we had originally. Read more
