These have the right amount of hardness/softness the little nubbies really give them the sensation of chewing the puppies in the pictures and videos are 3 weeks old weight is 2.5 lb and they can chew on the nose and nubbies just fine! No noise to deal with no squeakers that come lose no chocking hazards. These are safe enough to put in the pen with them 100% satisfied with these! The quality is very well i ran my fingers and nails over the nubbies pretty hard none of them came loose or fractured really impressed the weight is just enough for them to be able to move it when they want but heavy enough at their age and weight that they can chew on it with out it scooting around. The size is perfect and they will even be able to use it as they grow due to the amazing shape there are big and small parts so they can find the perfect chomp spot! Perfect teething dog doy I am so glad I bought a bunch of these! I purchased this item for my 7 month old Havanese puppy. It was received on Jan 13. That afternoon a large chunk of the rubber toy came loose & my puppy started trying to chew it up to swallow it. We were able to get it out of his mouth. This shouldn’t have happened, so I have zero confidence in this product. Read more
I bought this at PetSmart in the past and it was great. I have a pretty aggressive chewer and the toy lasted about a month and a half (longer than anything else we've gotten her), so when she finally broke it I ordered this one. This time it only lasted about 5 min. She found a weak point between 2 sections and chewed straight through it. She's also getting further into her adolescent phase so that might be part of it. It's great for teething puppies though, my other dog loved the old one when she was teething and it was the only thing she liked teething on as much as my hand. Read more
This was my pups first toy. I bought it two years ago. And just replaced it . She loves this thing so much! It lasted through her hard chewing stages, it took her two years to chew through it. Had the toy for 2 weeks now: Puppy is 10 weeks old NOSE NUB WILL COME OFF QUICK SMELLS LIKE PLASTIC NOT BACON CAN GO IN FREEZER HARD PLASTIC TOY WITH SOFT SILICON SPIKES My puppy loves this toy in the freezer but the toy says it’s bacon scented but it smells like plastic the softer spiky parts feel great on her mouth she puts it all the way in the back and gnaws slowly, I’m sure the teething process hurts like hell for a puppy. She got the little nose tip off in a couple days of gnawing so we just cut it off with scissors and now it’s safe. It’s a good teething toy for a chewing puppy and it’s been lasting a while besides the tip of the nose, she hasn’t pulled the spikes off yet. Read more
My dog destroys and ingests everything I give him. He ignores those really hard bone toys. He loves chewing this as it’s sort of soft, especially the blue part. Yet he can’t eat or destroy this. Lasts forever worth the money Read more
