Dog enjoys it

Bought this for a couple month old Red Heeler. Bought the really small milk bones and put them in this toy. Worked very well to keep her busy. Weight was a good size as she was able to pick the toy up. She is also in the chewing phase and this toy seems pretty durable. Good value for the price. Read more

100% recommend for working dog breeds

My 92 pound German Shepard love this!!! We got the blue one for reference. She gets so bored in the winter months when she can’t be as active due to the weather so we wanted to get her some enrichment toys and this one is amazing! It makes 0 noise when she’s playing with it and it has held up well as she also is an INTENSE chewer (most toys don’t survive more than a day or two). She has not been able to chew through it at all and loves it so much she will bring it to us when she wants us to fill it hah! We also some nights feed her dinner to her in this and it keeps her busy for about 45 minutes give or take! 10/10 recommend. Read more

Practical product that meets several important needs, but its not without some flaws.

This has been an incredible food dispenser to add to our collection. I initially bought it because I was looking for something that didn’t bang around and make as much noise while my dog was eating, and the Snoop meets that need. I have a Doberman. After rolling the Snoop around to dislodge the Nook (during which time as small amount of kibble will fall out) she will pick up the Snoop by inserting her lower jaw in the hole, and grasping the top with her upper jaw, and then she licks out as many kibbles as she can. Then she rolls it around to move the food out from behind the folded section more to the middle, where she can lick out the kibbles, and keeps repeating this until she finishes. Obviously this is not the way it will work for every dog, particularly if they don’t have a long snout. It usually takes 8-10 minutes for her to eat a cup of food, as opposed to >1 minute if she we’re eating from a bowl. So it works as both a slow feeder and enrichment for my dog. Since I use it for mealtime (rather than treats) I generally take it away once my dog finishes eating. She seems to enjoy the texture and while she’s not a super chewer, she is strong and I don’t want to take any chances. Besides, it’s much easier to clean if I don’t let it sit around attracting dust and crumbs and lint (which it really does, people are not exaggerating!) I generally plop it in a dishpan filled with warm soapy water, do a little swish and wipe it, then rinse it right off and haven’t had any problems cleaning it. All that said, after two months of daily use I’ve noticed that the material is developing something like stress cracks around the spot where it “folds” and I didn’t remember reading about that in other reviews. This is an important tool for me during the puppy phase so I will still order another Snoop, despite that fact that I generally prefer longer lasting products. I will point out that the way the company attaches the tag by putting the plastic loop through the orbee-tuff material makes it annoying to remove at best, and potentially worse if you can’t fully remove the plastic ends from the material. Best interactive dog toy!!!

My absolute favorite interactive toy for my boys. I have a 4 year old husky and a 9 month old golden retriever so we have a lot of energy in our house. I work from home but I am in meetings and on phone calls during the day so I don’t have time to be playing with them constantly. I fill them each a Snoop toy up with single ingredient treats and some kibble. My favorite treat to put in the Snoop is sweet potato treats. My dogs love the sweet potatoes and they are harder to get out. I do put small sweet potatoes in as well so they don’t get too frustrated. This toy lasts them awhile and is also great mental exercise for them as well. The large size is perfect for my 63 lb husky and my 70 lb 9 month old golden retriever. This keeps them quiet and busy for 30 minutes to an hour. If they don’t finish the treats, they take a nap and go back to it later. Even after there are no treats left, my dogs love to play with this toy. This is the toy of choice for my husky to play fetch with. Such great quality and holds up super well. Read more

Safe chewing with hours of fun.

Our six month old standard poodle needs a lot of chewing and mental exercise. This ball is perfect. So far the heavy duty silicone has held up to her sharp baby teeth. I love that the Center allows them to stick their snout down and almost get the food, but too small for them to actually open their mouth to lick or bite inside. Enticing and frustrating. It also has a wobble roll and can bounce when she tosses it. The other feature I like is that the inner core flips up for easy washing. Even when the treats are gone, the smell keeps her going. This size works well for our standard poodle. It might also work for smaller dogs. Read more

Three stars, too minty

Sadly my dog doesn't like this new "mint-scented" Snoop as much as she liked her old, non-minty Snoop. I'll keep trying it out, hoping that washing it a bunch will help the scent wear off, but otherwise I won't be buying again unless they remove the minty scent. It's a great toy I love it and she loves it, too bad. Read more

What a great puzzle toy!

Out lab mix just loves this toy! Entertainment and mental work for our dog. It’s also made of thick, high quality rubber and is easy to clean. What a great design! Read more

Our dog loves this!

This is a fun toy for our dog to chase around and get kibble out of. It is noisy so I wouldn't use it when folks are trying to sleep! We have used this twice a day for 2 years and it's very durable. We just bought another as a back up because our medium-sized dog loves it so much! Read more
