My 40lb Bitta can't get enough of these! I got one for his kennel; he's a mutt of several active breeds, and he's a very intelligent little guy, so I didn't want him bored when we're at work, etc. He's not the heaviest chewers, but I still wanted something more durable and without filling, since he and his sister have both caused their favourite fox stuffie (a regular toy for kids) to require multiple rounds of stitches, due to the more delicate fabric. He loves the squeakers! I tried to keep one in each of 2 separate rooms, but he goes in to whichever and brings them together and rotates through them, squeaking away. He is a very happy camper and I love to see him so excited for self-enrichment; we're very pleased to watch him play, as well as when he asks us to throw them around for him. Makes for very easy games that involve just him or ourselves ♡ Quality is good and has held up very well, not that I expected him to do much damage to them in the first place. Read more

Fun toy for my dogs but squeaker broke easily

So far my aggressive chewer dog hasn’t been able to rip this toy apart but in one day she did break the squeaker inside. But I like that she hasn’t been able to rip it apart so it is pretty tough. I got this on a deal so it was good price for a toy that will last. Put 1 star down because the squeaker quality wasn’t the best when she was able to break it so fast. Esp love that it has no stuffing. And it’s a cute pink pig which is great. Read more

My small dog has a tendency to tear open his soft, plush toys after maybe a week of use. After we grew concerned that he would eventually choke on something he gets inside when we're not around, we decided to look for stuffing free toys that he could still enjoy. These have been a fantastic solution. Though they aren't as soft as a stuffing filled toy, they are soft enough where he can play with them for however long he needs. They're easy to throw around for fetch, they are incredibly durable and lightweight, and they are perfect for small dogs. Not for my pittie. I wasn't paying attention to the size of the toy when I ordered it. I knew as soon as I opened the box that it wasn't going to work out, but I didn't pay too much more than I would have if I bought it from Ross and I didn't want to fuss with trying to return it. The weakness in the toy is in the faux fur fabric that forms the main pocket. There's too much space around the squeaker and the fabric is thin enough for a larger breed to puncture through the fabric with their teeth to grip and rip. Once there's an opening in the main fabric, it's game over. The seams of the toy are good, they are strong and well stitched. The overall shape of the toy is also good- no appendages to grab ahold of. Only flaws of the toy is the type of fabric selected and too much empty space. May last for toy breeds and small breeds...but not for my pittie. She played with it for 5 minutes to learn its weaknesses and then promptly gutted the squeaker from the fox in another 5 minutes.
