This mirror is very simple. You can hang it horizontally or vertically. It’s lightweight and came packaged well. The size is a bit small and I would’ve preferred something bigger, so make sure you measure your space. The quality is good and minimalistic. Overall, it does the job. I’d been looking for a while for a mirror to compliment my entryway nook. I wanted something simple & lightweight given the location wasn’t ideal for screwing into studs. This one did not have the weight listed but figured with the description as well as size I’d take a gamble. 5.8lbs! If you’re like me and purchased some inexpensive mirrors in the past, nothing beats a good ole funhouse effect that come with many, including some pricier ones. I’m happy to report, this one is crisp and not distorted. Even with the light weight & low price point! Pros: Lightweight: 5.8lbs. I just used some picture hangers. Not the screws that came with it. No studs or anything. Not advising that you do this but so far, zero issues. Not distorted. Cons: You can see a tiny seam in the metal. I wish they would have had one on both sides so it would look more intentional. That being said, only a crazy person (yes, that’s me) would even notice & have to be closely examining it. I was surprised at the quality of this mirror! It is substantial and well-made. I did not have a place for it in the bathroom or a bedroom, so I installed it in the guest room. It was easy to do – just like hanging a picture. It’s a clear mirror, sturdy, and a good value for the money. Be aware that it has some weight to it. The mirror comes with Molly bolts for installing it. I have plaster walls which make Molly bolts very difficult to use, so instead I used heavy duty picture hangers, and so far the mirror is still on the wall. It’s a very nice addition to the room, and the oval shape and the black frame give it a contemporary look that I truly appreciate. This was a good find. Read more
