We have a small main floor bathroom that has a shower - not a lot of space for people to set toiletries/personal items. Normally, this is not an issue. But we had a houseful, some even using the small shower in this bathroom, and I thought that something like this would allow for a convenient spot for items to be placed. This did the trick - I hung it outside one of the shower panels. It was used and I was thankful for it. Read more

I love these but they had to go back because my shower enclosure is high. I deducted a star because there was no rubber cushioning where hanger meets glass. Read more

This over-the-door shower caddy was a fantastic find. It's super easy to put together. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble. They've included all the screws and nuts you need, along with a mini-screwdriver and wrench. I've had ones similar to this in the past. Those had hooks that were too large for the shower door, so it just didn't hang right. The great thing about this one is it has two suction cups that adhere to the glass itself. While the hooks are too large for mine, the suction cups make it so it doesn't matter if the hooks are too big, the shower caddy just sits up flush with the glass. It would be nice if the metal pieces that hold the shelves were longer. As it is, they sit up a bit higher than I would like. When I tried to sit a not-so-heavy shampoo bottle on the shelf, it would fall over. These shelves do much better with heavy bottles. Because the shelves are solid metal, it might be better if they could put some waterproof tread-like material on the shelves, so that the bottles are not so slippery and stay upright. These have a nice storage capacity. You are able to put several large ones on each shelf. I won't know about how it resists rust for sometime. I imagine the screws and nuts would rust before anything else. Putting a dab of silicone on the screws might be appropriate. This seems to be a nice quality item for the money spent. Read more

This was a nice solution for my girlfriend’s increasing stockpile of products that have consumed my shower. Ran out of space even for my own stuff. The assembly took only a handful of minutes. Once together, it was pretty sturdy. The coating seems to be durable and should keep this looking fresh for a while. Hardware is stainless so it shouldn’t rust. There’s suction cups that keep it nicely in place as well. This won’t disappoint if you’re looking to expand or in my case reclaim some real estate in the shower. Read more

I would rate this over-the-door shower caddy as just "okay." While it serves its purpose and holds my shower essentials, the fit is disappointing. As you can see in my picture, it doesn't sit flush against the door/glass. There is quite a bit of space in between the caddy and the shower, which makes it look a bit awkward and feel less secure than it should. Bottom line: It does the job for now, but if I had to choose again, I would pick a different model that hugs the door better Read more

This shower caddy is metal, nice weight, and seems well made. It hangs over the shower door and has two suction cups included. It also comes with tools to put it together. The little screw driver broke, but we had one on hand. Unfortunately, I was unable to use it for the intended purpose. I have double shower doors that both slide, neither one is fixed to not slide and they cross each other as needed. So the top piece is too wide for the caddy, the caddy that hooks over the shower doors is 2”. Measure first before ordering. Also, the caddy won’t slide so you need a one door shower or one where one door is fixed and there’s enough space to open one door with the caddy fixed to the other. I decided to hang this on an interior door for additional storage and it’s perfect for that. It’s a lot sturdier than many over the door options, so I’m pleased with it for this alternative purpose.
