The purse itself is great and well-made. It holds a lot and has a lot of pockets. I do not like the cross-body shoulder strap. It adjusts with a belt-type strap, which was only slightly visible in the pictures. The loop that holds the excess strap moves easily, so it does not stay in place. I tried the shorter handle to use as a shoulder bag, but that is so short that the purse is basically in my armpit. Read more
