I'm really happy with this over-the-door rack! It's exactly what I needed to organize my coats, bags, and towels without drilling any holes. The 12 hooks are a lifesaver, and the black finish looks sleek and modern. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I'm confident it will hold up for a long time. It was also incredibly easy to assemble and put on the door. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hooks could be a little wider. While they're great for most items, some of my thicker coats and bags are a bit of a squeeze. It's a minor issue, but something to be aware of if you have bulky items to hang.
