Okay, so it seems weird to rave about a hat. I think I am very qualified to review this, as not only do I wear these hats almost every day, except for work, but I also collect them. If you know this type of hat, they can be too thick, too thin, or just right. Even that might depend on the weather. The hat you might want for frigid winter weather might be too much for a summer outdoor sporting event. This hat is made with a thin, very flexible, soft fabric, but it doesn’t look like it. The way it is designed had it look like a much thicker hat, like an official baseball team cap, except it was light and very comfortable. The best comparison I can give is the tactical type shirts that are very popular. The better brands have ones that are thicker for cooler weather, but also thinner ones for warmer weather. But you could not tell unless you were the one wearing it. Lastly, I usually get the custom sized hats for my collection because the one size fits all is very rarely accurate for larger hat sizes. My head size is 7 & 3/8, just for reference. This cap has a great fit…The back of the cap doesn’t look deformed like some of the short profile SnapBack caps when set to a larger head size. It has a deep area that allows the cap to sit over my head without feeling like it’s going to slide off. The back also has a snap buckle that to me is GREAT! It’s one of the things i love in all caps…allows me to quickly snap and loop my cap to my bag or backpack if i don’t want to wear it. The cap also has vents to allow cooling when out in hot weather. Quick drying and easy to hand wash with a little soap and water…rinse and you can pretty much wear it immediately. Time to pick out some other colors! Read more

I am constantly on the lookout for hats that are large and comfortable. This one seems to fit the bill. It is hyped as suitable for the bigger domes. I like a sizeable cap that is adjustable, and this does the job. There is a strap at the back that allows for more expansion that most folks would need. Since I take only take a large hat size, I adjusted the strap to almost the absolute minimum for a comfortable fit. Otherwise, when they say XXL they mean it. The material is lightweight nylon-like, and it appears to repel water. Mesh lining inside the crown which helps with heat. This may indeed be the perfect hat for me! Read more

This is a great hat. I've worn it on a few 3 mile walks here in SW Florida, where it's 90+ degrees F and nearly 100% humidity and this hat felt great. It's really comfortable and lightweight and I love the vents in the sides that allow heat to escape and fresh air to enter. I have a rather large head (24.25" circumference) and I've been growing my hair out, so I really needed a nice large hat. This fits great and has room for if I decide to really let my hair grow long. :) Read more

I have a bigger head so most hats I find are too tight and I love that I have finally found one that is actually a litter loose. I really like the light and breezy material as well, this is definitely an outdoors hat it'll keep your head cool with its venting. It feels nice on my head and doesn't bother my ears when I am being active. Read more
