I was originally concerned with purchasing a couch online due to not being able to feel it first, especially with it being “boneless.” Very pleased with this couch. It is firm but soft. I was worried about sinking in, but it doesn’t sink-in any more than a usual couch. It’s a good height, lines up with the coffee table well. It starts to decompress the moment the bag is opened, so make sure the space is ready. I was able to set it up easily just by myself. Overall high quality couch for the price point. Love the couch, it does sit low but its not terrible, I put it on top of a pallet I had and covered the pallet with black material, you really cant see it. Overall the loveseat is comfortable.
