This oversized striped sweater has a great design, and I really liked how it looked online. But after trying it on, it didn’t quite match what I was hoping for. The knit is warm, but the texture feels a bit stiff, so it’s not as cozy as I expected. The high roll neck looks stylish, but it sits awkwardly and feels bulky, which makes it less comfortable to wear for long periods. The oversized fit is there, but it doesn’t fall very naturally on the body—it feels more boxy than relaxed. The sleeves are nicely long and the color pattern is appealing, but overall, the fit and softness just didn’t meet my expectations. I like this boxy sweater from SeeLuNa. It is a boxy, oversize style with rolled hem at collar, cuffs and hem. I am between a medium and a large. I went with a medium and like how it fits – loose and casual – boyfriend style. Some women may want to size down. It is a light/medium weight and not very warm. Fabric content is 65% polyester/ 35% acrylic so it will not shrink. I ran it through the washer and dryer. It launders well and actually looks better after washing – not shiny and more cotton knit looking. Mine appears to be constructed well with no extra strings and all seams sewn well. I got the white which is more of a light cream/natural color – not a true white. Looks good with jeans. Easy to layer over a t-shirt. This sweater is more for style than warmth. Read more
