These are my absolute favorite leggings. The ribbed, high waisted design is extremely flattering. The thickness is perfect for fall, winter, and early spring. I wouldn’t wear them in hot weather but still worth the purchase. The blue color is gorgeous! There isn’t any pilling and I wear them frequently. I wouldn’t wear them for cardio because the material is thick, but weights? Perfect. I would think that because the fabric is so good and has a high waist that if you are self conscious about your stomach it would flatten it. It feels like it has some compression.
