These work REALLY well.
I love that this pack comes with a generous amount of these plates. And I really like that they use 3M products for the adhesive, which their tape is something I trust. I have a VERY strong magnetic holder that I attach to the back of my phone. A magnet that is strong enough to hold it rock solid to my tripod. I recently bought a (somewhat heavy) tablet, and I want to be able to mount it to my tripod with minimal effort, and especially minimal cost. I bought this pack, specifically in mind, and the rectangle plates work like a charm! Two things to keep in mind though. The paper backing that covers the adhesive is difficult to get off. It's been attached to the plates before they were cut off, and match the edges of the plates perfectly. So it's rather hard to get a short fingernail under them. The plastic protective film on the front of the plate is even harder to get off. Great quality product though, and I'm very glad that I purchased this pack. Read more
