Not shiny! Drys with a Matt finish
No where near as shiny and metallic as what is shown. They dry dull with a flat finish. Have to use a high gloss top coat for them to shine at all. Sending this set back! Read more

These polishes do dry matte but shine right up with top coat. I love the colors. They do dry fast, I don’t think it’s really “gel” polish. But I really, really like these. The colors are vibrant, and you can “swirl” the polish when you apply it, giving it different visual textures. Recommend!! Read more
