Warm and weatherproof, but still lightweight.
This oversized parka was an awesome find. I coach cross country and track and field in the Midwest. The months of October, March, and April often come with very spotty weather, meaning high wind, rain, and even snow. I was looking for a parka that provided full length coverage, that was roomie, and that was wind and waterproof. This parka checks all of those boxes. What I appreciated most about this parka is the high-quality fleece lining. At first blush, the park looks somewhat thin; however, it is deceptively warm. This will also be great for late night dog walking in the winter. The back and sleeve have reflective stripes on them that make them visible at night to oncoming traffic. Overall, this parka is warm, weatherproof, and durable. I am very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it. My only criticism is that the sleeves seem a little bit short. Otherwise I would’ve given it five stars. Read more

Functional but falls short on some details.
Generously sized with a soft, cozy fleece lining, this parka feels warm, protective, and versatile enough to double as a raincoat or windbreaker. It’s comfortable to move in thanks to the vents, and I really like the wide-brim hood, high neck, and the double closure of zipper plus snaps. That said, there are some drawbacks. The inside and outside zippered pockets are too small to hold more than a phone, and the side flap pockets don’t secure shut. The cuffs are oversized, and the Velcro doesn’t tighten enough. The zipper also feels flimsy—I had trouble with it after just one use—and there were no care instructions included, so I don’t know if it’s machine washable. Overall, it’s cozy and functional, but the design flaws and questionable durability limit it to 3 stars for me. Read more
