I saw this shower caddy recommended by the NYT and decided to try it out. It did not disappoint. I previously got a cheap shower caddy from a 99 cent store and it rusted very quickly and I had to change it out after only a few months. I have had this caddy for many months and it hasn’t rusted at all. It was bigger than I expected but the design features it has are so good I decided to keep it. Despite being quite big, it is nice and lightweight. All of the trays are removable so it’s easy to wash them, and all of the trays have drainage openings on the bottom so mold doesn’t form too quickly. The hook at the top made it easy to hang (compared to caddies that you have to loop over the shower head in order to hang up). I also love the suction cups in the back that help keep the caddy in place against the wall. It’s a super well-thought out design. I feel I will be able to use this product for a long time. Read more

If you are looking for a good, sturdy shower caddy that can accommodate a showerhead with a hose, look no further! I'm so glad I found this. It solved so many issues in our small shower/tub. At first the price scared me off a little, but I'm so glad I made the purchase. There are 4 good sized shelves, each can fit at least 2 bottles each, 2 soap dishes, and places on the side to hold razors. Also, through the middle, there are hose holders to keep the hose in place through the center. This caddy really organizes your whole shower, especially if there are two or more people in the house. And it seems like it will last a lifetime. It will never rust like most of the chrome and metal caddies. I'm super happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this product. Read more

Update: A couple years later and this shower caddy still has no rust and should be useable for several more years to come. Definitely a good purchase. Even though it hurts to spend this much on a shower caddy it ended up being worth it. After six months this still does not show any signs of rust and it really expands shower storage. It feels sturdy and good quality, like what you would expect from OXO. I like how it has ample space for so many different things and that they even included spots to put your mostly empty bottles upside down. I would not bother with ordering most of the cheaper options out there, knowing that they will rust or fall apart. This one will be able to be used for a long time. The only bad thing about it is that the suction cups at the bottom occasionally become detached, so the caddy might sway a little when removing a bottle. Using some water and sticking it again isn't that big of a deal. Other than that, this is an excellent product. Read more

Works as you’d expect. Solid and can fit a lot of items. Only issue for me was how fast the suction cups wore out in the piece that holds the base still. There are four small ones and the material is thin compared to other suction cups. I’m forced to resuction it to the wall every couple of weeks Read more

After considering several less expensive shower caddies, I chose the OXO Good Grips Aluminum Hose-Keeper Shower Caddy, and I'm extremely pleased with it. 1. It has two soap trays that function well. I can use one for soap and the other to hold our second water pick nozzle. Caddies available at our big box stores would have required me to buy separate soap dishes that would have cost another $5 and would take up space that I use to store other items. 2. The shampoo holders are smartly designed, the right height with ample storage. 3. The size is ideal, not too tall or wide but tall and wide enough to hold most of our shower supplies. 4. The hose keeper feature is a brilliant feature for anyone who uses a shower hose. 5. There are hooks that can hold a razor and/or shower loofah. 5. The caddy looks good. I'd love it more if it cost $20 less, but given that I consider it the best caddy available, I acknowledge that I chose to pay more for quality. I've read reviews that mention weak suction cups, and while they do allow a small amount of movement side to side occasionally, I haven't seen other suction cups that are any better. It's not easy to choose to pay $50 for a shower organizer, but if you want something that functions well and will last a long time, this is the item to buy. Read more

We bought a fixer upper home a while back. Our bathroom will be the last room that we remodel. It's very old with little space. I bought a new shower head with an extra removable attachment for my kids, but my previous organizer no longer fit. I took some measurements and did some research before I found this one. It is perfect! It fits my jumbo conditioner bottles from Ulta with ease and has plenty of space for everything. I actually used the hooks at the bottom for my loofahs. The suction cups don't really stick well, but I don't really need them. It holds well without them and is very sturdy. Best Amazon purchase I've made so far! Read more

We’ve had our rack for several years. No rust, no peeling rubber or plastic, no change from it’s original appearance. Occasionally we take the removable plastic shelves and throw them in the dishwasher for cleaning, but they are easy to remove and put back in place. We love this so much that we’ve bought another for a gift. Read more

I like the shelves on this shower caddy, but when you push it flat against the wall, the hanger is about an inch from the wall and sitting on the edge of the shower arm pipe where it starts curving down. I guess I could install a shower arm that sticks out further from the wall, but I shouldn't have to if the design was better. Also, the suction cups for the bottom are completely useless. I have a smooth fiberglass shower enclosure and they just don't stick at all. I tried cleaning them and the wall with alcohol, but it didn't help. Read more
