This is an outstanding product in every way. The installation requires no tools, and was completed in five minutes. I even took it down once to see how that would go, and it was just as easy. It comes with four good sized shelves, with one being for bars of soap and the other three with a rail around them, perfect for shampoo bottles. The shelf holders slide up and down, and then lock into place when the shelf is placed on them. The shelves remove quickly for cleaning. The whole thing is anodized aluminum with sturdy, plastic shelves, so nothing will ever rust. Once installed, it looks great. The only disadvantage is its price, but if you want easy-to-install, sturdy, lots of shelf space, and never needing to purchase another one, then this is the one to buy. We have used this for six weeks before I wrote this review. Read more

So easy to install this caddy. Even easy to get the box open and get the product out. I have pain in my hands and it was very nice to not have to remove a single staple or cut thru tough tape, there was not even a knot that I'd have to wrestle with. I got the box folded and in the recycle in a minute. Oh the product is very nice looking and sturdy. Shelving can be arranged and adjusted easily. My last one lasted 20 years and I expect that from this one also. It's perfect. Read more

I never in 100 years would have imagined myself spending over $100 on a shower caddy. But after YEARS of having to repurchase the cheap ones due to loss of suction, stability, rusting, or any other reason I figured I'd make the investment and see how long this thing lasts me. A great sign of this product being great was that it came all, pretty much assembled. It was so easy to extend upward and reached my 9ft ceiling, no problem. The shelves are sturdy AF and they hold a lot on them without compromising their structure. It is more aesthetically pleasing on the eyes than the wire ones and does not interfere with my shower head like the ones that hang around the shower head did in the past. Overall, I'd recommend this product to anyone. You get what you pay for and this was well worth the money - so far. I've only had it for a couple of weeks so I am banking on the other reviews here and hoping that it does not rust and lasts a long time. Will check back if I end up having issues with it though. I rarely write reviews (if ever), but this product is super solid, which is hard to come by these days. I've had a few of these over the years, and they usually do the job but aren't super sturdy, part of which is the set-up being hard and part of which is just a subpar product. This is quite the opposite. It quite literally took me 3 minutes to set up. It's incredibly user friendly, which means that it ends up being sturdy even with flexible size. The shelving units are easy to install, and easy to change. Overall, this is a thoughtful, solid product. It's worth paying a bit extra over the cheaper ones for its usability and durability. The media could not be loaded. Super easy to set up. I didn’t even look at the instructions and had it up in minutes. It feels really sturdy, looks great and holds a good amount of weight without slipping or shifting. The shelves are adjustable and make organizing everything way easier. I’ll update this review in a few weeks to share how it’s holding up, but so far I’m really happy with it Read more

Yes, you do get what you pay for. This item is certainly a bit pricier than other options, but it's really well made. It is quite sturdy once in place, and the way the shelves fit in, adjust, and lock into position is great. The double-ratcheting idea is brilliant. Dunno if others use the same approach but this is clearly the way to do it. I'd never trust something like this that's held in place the way "universal fit" shower curtain rods are (they spontaneously fall down on a regular basis no matter what you do). The whole is on a par with the kind of Simple + Elegant that makes Apple products so appealing. Plus... aluminum. How many "stainless steel" things turn out not to be after a while, when they start rusting. I've had enough of those, along with chrome-plated ones that have used the cheapest plating process in existence and rust even faster. My only concern is whether it'll encourage mildew around the base, but that's really a function of the particulars of one's bathroom (ventilation, drainage) so pretty much affects anything you put in there the same way. Meanwhile, an unadvertised advantage, since it IS aluminum: If, this time of year, your Festivus pole is still at the cleaners or something, you can take the shelves off and use this! 3.2.23 edit/update: Also, it seems the soap tray portion is either made of or treated with something that resists the generation/accumulation of Soap Schmutz™, which is a nice touch and a definite plus. 9.3.23 edit/update Well, much as I partly expected... the soft-ish rubbery mounting portions at very top and very bottom are total mildew breeding areas. It's really bad. This thing is awfully nice but I'm definitely going to find another means of keeping stuff in the shower. Gross. I'd post a pic but I don't want to nauseate everyone. Read more

I've had mine for 2 months so far and this is a fantastic shower caddy. It's super easy to set up and made from quality parts where I have no concerns of its durability. All that said, it's still very expensive and there are plenty of alternatives available that will meet the same basic needs for far less. I have had great experiences with OXO brand products in the past so I bit the bullet based on brand loyalty. Docked a star just because the price feels like I overpaid for it but I do feel like the item itself is a 5 star product. Read more
