Definitely size down for this one. I usually wear a small but need to size down for that extra form fitting snug bodycon look. When I tried this on it was definitely baggy and looking a little frumpy. I am 5’4 115 lbs. Material is kinda on the stretchy cheap costume side. I look like I got this from a Halloween store.
