I grabbed these because I’ve had a couple chaotic work weeks and wanted something quick to toss in the air fryer when I’m too tired to think. I like P.F. Chang’s in general, so I figured these egg rolls might be decent, but I wasn’t expecting them to feel this…fresh? Or at least fresher than the usual frozen appetizer situation. So, after a few rounds in the air fryer (about 10 minutes for me), they came out nicely crisp without getting greasy. The filling is pretty flavorful—lots of cabbage, but in a good way—and the chicken pieces actually taste like real chicken, not mystery bits. I ended up eating the whole box while editing a video and almost forgot they were technically a frozen snack. And the little sauce packet is better than I thought; kind of tangy-sweet and actually enough for all the rolls, which never happens. The only small thing is the rolls are a bit on the smaller side. Not tiny, just…if you’re starving, one box won’t feel like a full snack on its own. But for me they hit the spot when I just want something crunchy and quick. If you like having easy appetizers around or you rely on your air fryer the way I do, these are kind of an effortless win.
