This product is amazing! Neutralizes odor within a few minutes. It is different than regular Febrese. It has a much lighter (pleasant) scent that seems to dissipate as it dries. Don’t be fooled! This stuff is really strong! I wear a mask when spraying it because (like bleach and alcohol) something in the mist triggers my asthma. That said, no issues after it dries. I just have a sensitivity to all smells. Initially I bought this product because we had a water leak in our boat. The v-berth cushions were soaked and thanks to the summer heat, they had a horrible mold smell. This stuff did the trick. It completely deodorized foam cushions! I started using it around the house as well. Works great for pet friendly homes. Make sure to keep the pets away until the product dries. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this product is considered a fabric sanitizer. Awesome multi purpose product. Read more

In the house I live in there is mold present I think this product was effective for the 2 week cycle I cleaned vents floors and was able to even use it on my apron for work. I would highly recommend this product... Read more
