PLEASE DO NOT BY THE HERZ P1 RING! The ring is garbage, and the customer service is even worse, actually it is nonexistent. When you call the contact number provided, it immediately goes to an old style busy signal, and then the call hangs up. When you contact the Customer Support link from their official site, it’s ghosted as if you’ve never sent the email. I’ve used the Titan ring and it had worked for me wonderfully. However, after I lost it, I decided to try this ring because it had a couple more features to it.. However, as the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” I’ve purchased many products, I can tell you this is one, you do not want to waste your money on. If I was in a hard way, I’d be totally upset. But sometimes you win sometimes you lose. When you lose, hopefully it doesn’t cost you much. Karma’s a, — you know how the remaining of the saying goes. The own and maker of this horrible product and bad customer service will lose more than gained. Read more
This is a functional smart ring that's worth considering as an alternative to the more expensive name brands, especially if it's your first time trying one. I've been wearing mine for about three weeks. The ring arrives in elegant packaging, appropriate for a $200 product and nice enough to give as a gift, though the branding isn't quite as sharp. The included paper instructions, however, feel a little cheap and could use more polish. As for the ring itself: sizing was true and matched my wedding band of the same size. It's on the thicker side, which took me a few days to adjust to, but it's comfortable for all-day and overnight wear. It has held up well through showers, hand-washing, and doing dishes. The battery easily lasts over a week, and charging is simple thanks to a USB-C case with magnetic alignment. The sensors use red and green lights that are faintly visible in a dark room but otherwise not noticeable. Features include a pedometer (steps, calories, distance), sleep tracking (light, deep, REM, and awake), heart rate, blood oxygen, stress level, and heart rate variability. There's also manual activity tracking for workouts. Step counts seem accurate and consistent with my phone's fitness app. Sleep tracking is a bit less reliable: it often doesn't start until I've been asleep for about 30 minutes, and sometimes stops if I get up early in the morning and doesn't resume. I wish there were a way to manually start and stop the sleep tracking. Still, the data it does capture is interesting. The Pachira website has a blog post describing how smart rings can be used for contactless payments, so I was disappointed to find that their rings do not actually have that feature. The ring syncs with the QRing app, which you can download to preview the experience. The app has poor reviews on the App Store, but it supports multiple brands of rings, so some of the reported issues could be related to other rings rather than the app itself. The interface is extremely similar to that of one of the name brand smart rings. You can use it without creating an account, though signing up enables data tracking over a longer time period. Importantly, there is no subscription fee, a big advantage over some competitors. On my Samsung phone, the app has worked smoothly and syncs quickly via Bluetooth. My main concern is whether long-term app support will be as reliable as with name brands. Overall, I'm happy with the ring and plan to keep using it, especially overnight and during workouts. It's a solid option if you're curious about smart rings but hesitant to invest in the pricier alternatives. Read more

I’ve been using the Pachira Smart Ring for a few days now, and honestly, I’m satisfied with it. It tracks everything I need, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, steps, calories, and gives me the data in real time. It’s been super helpful for staying consistent with my fitness goals. I’ve been warring Oura Ring for a year, so I can compare the two. The Pachira feels lighter, and the stainless steel design looks sleek without being bulky. Comfort-wise, I barely notice I’m wearing it, even overnight. Battery life is another win for Pachira. I’m getting close to a full week per charge, and the magnetic charging case is so convenient, especially when I travel. My Oura usually needed charging every 4–5 days. Where Oura still has an edge is in the sleep and readiness insights. The Oura app really breaks things down in detail. But I love that the Pachira throws in extras like Remote Photo Control, Find My Ring, and Female Health Reminders, which Oura doesn’t have. Overall, I’d say if you want the absolute deepest analytics, Oura is still king. But if you’re after a stylish, comfortable smart ring with solid health tracking, longer battery life, and some handy smart features, the Pachira is a fantastic alternative with a much lower price.
