I love Palmer's Cocoa Butter, but I wanted to be able to wear my own perfume with the product so i ordered the unscented this time. Same great quality, very moisturizing, absorbs quickly, and my skin is soft and well hydrated. I like the original too, but I got a lot of comments stating that I smelled like a brownie or piece of chocolate. this is the quickest and easiest review I've made. i had tried the burts bees night cream for my face, and it did help, but despite the gentle ingredients, my face was still too sensitive and stung a bit. palmer's cocoa butter, however? amazing. didnt have any negative feelings at all. it is thicker, so I will likely use this as a night cream since it would be a bit too sticky in the day time. i bought this because its like half the price of tree hut body butter, which i do love, but i wasnt satisfied with the price and wanted more scents anyway. this being unscented is a double win. 1) i can use it as is on my face, and it makes my dry skin soft and doesnt hurt, and 2) i can buy my own fragrances to mix in for the rest of my body, making this a lot more versatile. i have combo skin on my face and i dont think it makes my cheeks/nose any greasier than normal once it absorbs. and I have KP, especially noticeable on my arms, that this definitely helps keep moisturized. I love this lotion. Cocoa butter is so good for your skin but I don’t like the feeling of using the cocoa butter out of the tub. This lotion is super moisturizing but without the sticky feeling that you get from the tub. Read more
