It rubs in really well especially after drying off from the shower. It's thick but rubs in easily. It definitely helps a man that has super dry skin, he keeps it on the sink so he puts it on after he drys off. It's a lot better than original palmers and definitely smells better. He hates using lotions and creams because the usually don't work and he feels coated and still itchy, but he's used almost all of this and it is soothing for him. Got this as a gift for a guy, and I'm not sure he will use it, because the fragrance is a little perfumy for a guy. Classic Palmer's smells like a chocolate bar. Not so much this stuff.
