I've been using this for about a week now, but I've only applied it in one specific area for 3 days, it was scattered days. Can't really give a the best review regarding this because I haven't used it for at least 2 weeks yet, but what I can say is if it's burning it's working! I have a dark blemish around my entire nose, and I've been cleaning it of course then applying it, when I apply it, it burns which makes me feel like it's working. Now I have not seen a difference yet, but like I said it's only been 3 days of me applying it. So overall I can say its good because it's burning, if it burns it's working! This stuff really does work, I can tell because ever since I started using this whenever I wash my face and my face is wet, the skin feels extremely smooth, not a bump or roughness on it. I've always had slight darkness on my cheeks and this stuff has made it noticeably lighter, if I keep using it I expect it to fully disappear. It also doesn't interact negatively with my face, I've used other face creams (like L'Oreal Revitalift) in the past that caused rashes or pimples, with this cream I've never experienced a rash, pimple, or any negative reaction for that matter, and I use it twice a day as the instructions tell you to.
