I’ve tried quite a few diapers over the years, and this one truly stands out—especially if softness, skin sensitivity and absorbency are high on your priority list. First impressions: Right out of the package, the diaper feels incredibly soft. The inner lining has a cushiony texture that’s noticeably gentler than many other brands I’ve used. It doesn’t have that stiff or papery feel some diapers can have, which immediately gave me confidence that it would be comfortable for all-day and overnight wear. Absorbency: Where this diaper really shines is its absorbency. It handles both small and heavy wetness without leaking, and it locks moisture away quickly. Even after several hours, the inside surface still feels dry to the touch. That quick absorption makes a big difference especially if you have a baby like mine that in other brands had tons of overnight leaks. Great for sensitive skin: If you’re dealing with sensitive skin or frequent irritation, this diaper is a fantastic option. It’s breathable and we’ve had noticeably fewer red marks and no rash flare-ups since switching. The materials feel gentle and non-irritating, and there’s no fragrance, which I really appreciate. Fit and flexibility: The stretchy waistband and secure tabs make it easy to get a snug but comfortable fit. It moves well with an active baby, reducing gaps and preventing leaks without leaving marks on the skin. Overall: This diaper strikes an excellent balance between softness, high absorbency, and skin-friendliness. It provides reliable protection while still being gentle enough for delicate or sensitive skin. If you want a diaper that’s gentle on your baby’s skin but also can hold up and actually WORKS - this diaper is worth trying. Read more

I’ve tested out almost 30 diapers now, and I’m a mom of three kids so I’ve been through quite a lot of diapers in the last decade. My all-time favorite diaper is the Pampers Pure diapers, so I jumped on buying the new Pampers AMORE to see what the difference is. On the left is the Pampers Pure in size 4 and on the right is the Pampers AMORE in size 4. These diapers are so similar that if they did not have different prints on them, I would think they were the same diaper when touching them. The outside of both diapers have that very soft cashmere feeling to them. The AMORE diapers feel VERY slightly softer. The size and build of the diapers are also the exact same. Which I’m happy with, because Pamper diapers fit skinny babies the best! The inside of the diapers are equal in softness too, but the leg gaskets on the AMORE are softer than the PURE, and I do feel like the AMORE provide a little bit more fabric coverage around the thighs when fitted on a baby/toddler. Another difference I see is the PURE are slightly thicker than the AMORE. The AMORE diapers are also stiffer. I did an absorbency test on both diapers to see if the AMORE diapers absorb better than the Pure, and the results (see pictures) don’t seem that they do. I poured 4oz of blue water in both diapers slowly, at the same time, in the center of the diapers and then set a 1-minute timer. I noticed the AMORE took longer to pull the blue water into the diaper, and it beaded on the liner. The Pure did not do this. Then I laid a paper towel down and pressed firmly to both diapers. The paper towel I used on the AMORE had more dampness on it, and I could feel while I was pressing that there was fluid hanging around the leg gaskets that did not get pulled into the pad. The Pure did have some wetness on its paper towel, but the AMORE had more dampness. I also could not feel wetness around the leg gaskets on the Pure diaper like I did the AMORE diaper. I did the method again and poured 4oz into the center of the diapers at the same speed, and set another 1-minute timer. The water did take longer to absorb on the AMORE diapers than the Pure diapers again. When I firmly pressed a paper towel onto the diapers the AMORE had more wetness than the Pure, again. After the diapers sat for a few minutes I did press into them with my bare hands, and the AMORE diapers do feel slightly drier to the touch than the Pure did, but it was a minor difference. Now, the Pampers Pure diapers are pretty hard diapers to beat when it comes to absorbency. There are only a few diapers out there that can, so that is why they are my favorite diapers to use. So, Pampers claiming the AMORE are their driest diapers really had me thinking this test would should show almost no dampness, or these diapers being equal to the Pure. These are $10 more a box than I get the Pure diapers for, so it’s somewhat disappointing to see them not absorb as quickly, or better than the Pure. If you’re someone that loves the AMORE for their prints then there is a reason to buy them, but I think personally I’d rather just stick to Pampers Pure. I will still give these diapers 4 stars, because while the Pure are a very clean diaper, these AMORE diapers have 1000 chemicals tested in them to make sure they are okay for those REALLY sensitive babies. I can appreciate that a lot, and I see these diapers helping babies that have the REALLY sensitive skin have affordable and nice quality diapers still. There isn't a ton of diapers out there at affordable prices that are made to those standards. These diapers do all that, and they're in the traditional Pampers shape, which I have found to be the best fit for skinny babies shaped like mine (I personally hate the new shape we've been seeing new diaper companies do). So, still this is a great diaper option, and one I would recommend for people to give a try if they are needing a diaper to meet sensitive skin standards like the ones I describe. Read more

I have bought Coterie brand for a few years to use as overnight diapers and for when a diaper rash is threatening. I had to test these out and I am currently convinced to make the switch! These Pampers are truly absorbent AND keep baby dry. Coterie would occasionally leak, and even if it was absorbing everything, the diaper was a soggy gooey mess by morning. So far, these have held up great over night. No leaks, no weird goo. They don’t have any gross fragrances, and they don’t irritate my baby’s skin. They are soft to the touch and sizing seems identical to Pampers Swaddlers. My babe is a little over 20 pounds, in size 4. I hope these stay high quality and good value. I appreciate having a more reasonably priced, “clean” diaper option. Read more

Super impressed with the presentation of this diaper. From the packaging to the print on the diaper its self, it’s very sleek. It has little to no odor unlike some of Pampers other diapers and the material of the diaper is INSANELY soft. Softer than any other diaper I’ve tried. I gave this a 3 stars rather than 5 because this diaper does claim to be better than Coterie brand, which is not true at all. My baby can wear a Coterie diaper overnight and in the morning have the diaper be full, but with no wetness touching his skin. The Pampers Amore, after just 2.5 hours of wear and nowhere near “full”, I changed my baby and the diaper was completely wet against his skin. In my opinion it’s very subpar in that realm. I could’ve gotten a “bad pack” or maybe their marketing just needs to be corrected. Not a bad diaper, but not a great one either. Read more

We’ve been loving Pampers Amore diapers. They’re super soft and gentle on my baby’s skin, and I haven’t had any issues with irritation or redness. The fit is great — snug but still comfy — and they hold up really well, even overnight. No leaks so far, which is a huge win. They’re easy to put on, not bulky, and my baby seems really comfortable in them. Definitely our favorite right now. I will be purchasing again! Read more
