This is the best rice cooker for Thai jasmine rice. 1. It has a simple water filling ratio (e.g., 10 cups of rice, add 10 cups of water), minimizing errors and speeding up the process, especially during busy times. It's also easy for staff to understand and use. 2. The rice after cooked is beautiful with separate grains, which I believe is how Thai jasmine rice should be cooked, just like in Thailand. And the leftover rice stored in the refrigerator can be used to make fried rice with beautifully separated grains that don't break easily. 3. However, the keep-warm mode doesn't seem to keep the rice very warm. 4. Overall, compared to the three larger rice cookers I've used in restaurants, this Panasonic is the best for Thai jasmine rice.
