I got the medium, thinking that my frame is small so a large would be too big (I purchased it as a gift but the recipient is of a similar size). Nope. I ended up changing the recipient of the bracelet (these bracelets are that great - I didn't want to return) and then bought a large. I mention this because (A) I didn't measure my hand, which would have been the smart thing, of course, and (B) if you have a large frame, the large is unlikely to fit. My mother was shorter than I am but had a large frame - no way would this have fit over her hands. Just an FYI. Read more
