My husband got me this bracelet and an exact matching one for my daughter (hers is one size smaller). We both absolutely love the bracelets!! The heart itself is beautiful, and the bracelet has plenty of room to add many charms. We did end up having to order all 3 sizes. My husband didn't realize it came in different lengths so he 1st ordered the smallest. I returned it due to it fitting exact and was afraid that it would not have had enough room for charms. Then, we reorder the biggest one which turned out to be way to big. I ended up getting the 8.3 (which is still a bit big, but we figured will fit better as we add charms). I loved it so much that we bought the 7.1 for our 12 year old daughter. Hers fits just like mine. At the beginning, it was a little stiff and she did have a little trouble with the heart clasp. However, now she takes it off every night and puts it on in the mornings by herself. I leave mine on and have not had any problems. It is as pictured...not paved on both sides which is ok, but I didn't know that. I was a little nervous opening the clasp since some comments mentioned that theirs broke. It was tight but I found the opening under the bottom of the heart in the seam. Wasn't sure where it opened at first and didn't want to ruin it right off. Some of my charms are twisted on and others slide on smoothly. I ordered the largest size, 9 something.. and with the charms will be perfect. Right now I can slide it over my hand, but it already fits better with about 8 charms on it. A Pandora box was included in the package, with the bracelet in a plastic bag. So far I am happy with it.
