I'm glad another reviewer posted this answer, so I thought I'd echo their advice. When entering the details for this card, I put "Pandora" as the name, and my zip code as the zip code. The instructions do NOT tell you this, so I hope if you're struggling, that you see this review. Having said that, the card worked first try and my girlfriend has a few months of ad-free listening ahead of her. Great gift. Read more

Update: Instructions need to be improved

Update: I purchased this for my father who uses Pandora to listen to music. We had issues applying the card to his account. Pandora support wasn't very helpful and we were about to give up. However, we finally got the card applied to his account. Be sure to login to Pandora via web browser and add the card as a payment. The gift card is basically a Visa prepaid card with a 16digit number, expiration date, and 3 digit security code. The key is to enter "Pandora" as the name on the card when you enter it as a payment method. Read more

Quick delivery and was easy to apply to the Pandora account. I followed the directions in the email; however, the system would not take it when it came time for the payment. I opened a ticket a case with Pandora and received the following response: Thanks so much for letting us know about this. We are aware of this issue and are working on it.
