I’ve used a lot of acne products over the years, and most of them either dry out my skin or don’t do much at all. This PanOxyl cream is one of the first that actually hits the sweet spot. It helps clear up breakouts quickly, especially those stubborn little bumps, but it’s surprisingly gentle at the same time. The hydrating part is legit—my skin feels calm instead of irritated. It absorbs well, doesn’t leave a greasy film, and layers nicely under moisturizer. After about a week of use, I noticed a big difference in overall texture. Definitely a new staple for me. Read more

My OGBYN doctor recommended this product for my skin breakouts during pregnancy. I have oily skin with some acne problems and it's better worse with the excessive hormones during pregnancy. The texture of this product is not very foamy, instead, it almost feels like lotion. I followed the instruction to massage the product on wet skin for 1min. I had doubt in the product, but only after 2 uses, I started to notice less breakouts!! It's a very impressive product and I will continue using it. Read more

Ive struggled with hormonal acne for a while and this stuff is a game changer. 4% is way better for my skin and doesn't break it out like the 10%. It's drying but after I use moisturizer it's fine. Read more

I bought this item because I get really bad acne and bacne in the winter months. I have been using a combo of vitamin D3, PanOxyl creamy bath wash, and adapalene gel to fight this aggressive winter acne. So far it’s been doing its job, and the acne has mostly stayed away. I did research before trying this routine and to get the most out of this body wash I advise to leave it on in the shower for about 3 minutes in affected areas. This eats away at the bacteria causing these clogged pores. The only bad thing I have to say about this product is that I’ve only been using it for a month or so and I’m almost out. I’m excited to see the upcoming results throughout this winter. Read more

I used to use this every single day because it worked! And it still does but my skin barrier has weakened, so as a sensitive skin acne/oily prone girl, I use this only 2-3 times a week. I really recommend this product though for acne. It does not foam, but it's not supposed to. This also lasts a long time! The only thing I wish they could change is the lid of the product. You have to make sure it's not TIGHT after use, or else the product will seep out and you'll waste so much product (yes, this happened to me so many times). But overall, my holy grail acne product I continue to repurchase! Read more

This wash saved my skin from acne. I was initially worried about benzoyl peroxide aging my face, but then I realized acne scars are way worse than any potential effects from BP. Thankfully, this formula isn't as harsh as I expected - it clears breakouts effectively without destroying my skin barrier. The creamy formula is surprisingly hydrating and leaves my skin feeling soft instead of stripped and tight like other benzoyl peroxide products. If you're hesitant about benzoyl peroxide, this is a gentler option that actually works. Highly recommended. Read more

This works pretty well on acne. It kills the bacteria that causes it. It's 4.5% benzoyl peroxide so that is a good balance mid-level treatment. It can dry out the skin so it's helpful to use a light oil-free lotion on your face and neck area after use. It doesn't foam up it's more of a liquidy cream cleanser. I follow this up with a treatment cream like Differin adapalene. In combination they help keep my acne under control pretty well. You can still have flare ups but this is effective. It's a good value too. Read more
