I’m a big fan of PanOxyl products because I find their effectiveness to be superior to other brands that prioritize marketing and promotions over product quality. These are my top choices for overnight pimple patches due to their efficacy and reasonable price. They’re not the cheapest, but they’re certainly not the most expensive either. They’ve worked almost 90% of the time. My only complaints are that they come in only two sizes, and I wish they offered a third size. More importantly, I’ve noticed some discoloration for a couple of days after using a pimple patch for two or three nights in a row on the same pimple. I do this because I’m impatient, and after a night or two, most pimples are gone and just need healing time to restore their healthy state. The pimple patch has been working hard to remove all the gunk. I strongly suggest not putting on another pimple patch once all the gunk has been extracted by the patch. Instead, use a fading and/or pairing product to help the skin heal and prevent or minimize any discoloration. Read more
