These from Tru-Spec are best quality. They are a bit more expensive but then you're not disappointed with poor quality and workmanship failure. I bought the XL and the inner label says "39 - 42". I wear a 38 but with waist adjusters they fit fine. You really can't wear these out in normal every day wear. Read more
