Compliments compliments compliments when I wore these boots but advise size up half size. Fit but have to wear thin socks. Thick socks they will be tight. I ordered 8 and they are snug. Boots are nice. They appear to be nice quality and I've worn them a few times already. The chains seem to be fairly cheap and light but that's what you get for Amazon quality. Was pleasantly surprised to find that they are blind all the way through with a rather soft lining. The Parisuit Womens Goth Knee High Platform Combat Boots Lace Up Chunky Heel Boots are beautiful. The zipper really works. The laces really work also. I have wide calves and I can only wear boots that are either specifically for wide calves, or have real lacing boots. These have real lacing. The chains are lightweight - not sure how durable they are. Good price for the "look" of goth boots. Some name brands are twice as much and sometimes trends change and I don't want to wear them anymore. Not sure how durable these will be in the long run, but so far they have been durable for basic wear. They are comfortable and adjustable. Read more
