This is an industrial strength disinfectant I use to clean all surfaces and tables in my clinic. The product out performs everything on the market with zero smell or residual residue. As far as the distributor, I've tried numerous times to purchase this on Amazon Prime only to have them delayed multiple times. I'm very surprised at well this works! The brown mold spots that appear on my shower ceiling never disappear...I've painted and they keep returning. Honestly, that scares me because I've heard about mold that doesn't disappear as having very bad health implications when you try to demolish the area, or pull up carpet, etc. I bought this after searching and searching for something that is a natural enzyme to basically eat mold. I sprayed my shower ceiling and then threw a towel up to wipe off some of the drips. I came back and did it again a few hours later. I didn't use that shower for a few days, and when I checked back, IT WAS COMPLETELY CLEAR OF MOLD! It is unbelievable! I'm thrilled to get such results! And now that it's been several weeks, the mold still hasn't returned. So I did the same thing with my old car a/c..which was smelling of mold. I had to spray it a few times/days. It doesn't smell like mold any longer. However, now that the season is getting cold and I am using the heater, the fragrance of this spray is pretty strong. At least it doesn't smell like mold any more. I look forward to when it finally works out of the car a/c and heater area--it's not a bad smell, just strong right now. If I was writing a review for the cleaner alone, the review would be 5 stars. The bottle the cleaner is in is even fine. BUT, the spray nozzle feels like it was in a buy 10 for $1.00 pkg. The nozzle feels like it will break any second while in the process of spraying and that is because it does and it will break. 🫩 Read more

I have 3 bunnies and while we remove our shoes at our door I worry about them catching something we bring in accidentally. This gives me peace of mind. Used it also when my son got ringworm from wrestling to protect his brother since they share a bathroom. I've sprayed it on carpets too even though it's not listed but when our dog got sick I figured it wouldn't hurt just in case. Read more
