Last week I had a huge and ugly pimple on the philtrum, I guess it was because of the inside of the mask I wore. I had not gotten any noticeable skin troubles even though wearing masks all the time. But one night I lost my mask so I got one from the restaurant. The inside of it was coarse, also it made the space around my philtrum weirdly humid. Anyways, the pimple was really big and flaming red, very annoying. Moreover, three more small spots spread around, so I guessed it might be folliculitis. I needed tiny and effective trouble patches that fit my acnes. I went to CVS and Walgreen but couldn't find one that was the right size and would help cure my pimple. So I had some researches and ordered this one. The package has nine transparent oval, thin patches, sizes are about an inch and a half. The patches were really great, they were literally invisible. They didn't fell off, they stuck on the spots all day long. And after three days, visibly it became looking much better! Horrible pus disappeared. I was worried if it would leave a scar around my upper lip, but this product did its job. It calmed inflammation and healed the wound. I am so glad I found it, and I am more than happy with the result! I think my pimple will be entirely cured soon, and I can keep the rest of the patches for the future. It very much like other pimple patches as it flattens the pimple and gets rid of it after 3-4 uses. I do not have severe acne but for the pimples that decide to randomly pop up it is a great way to get rid of them without popping them. Read more

This micro needle patch works! I have had acne nearly entire my life. I tried anti biotic, prescription medicines, expensive acne facial products, salicylic acid products etc, None of them worked as fast as this patch! I noticed the difference immediately the next day. The patch is very thin but stays put. It so thin you can even hide it under make up. I put a patch on my chin and put the foundation and did my make up. I have fairly good skin other than a sudden pimple outbreak on my chin area or near my lips... I hate when it occurs and all I wish is for those days to go by faster until they disappear. With this product, I can do more than just wishing they will disappear sooner or try to squeeze out the trouble with my fingers. I can just have it over night for 4 hours with this on my trouble. Better yet, I can evey put this semi transparent patch OVER my trouble and cover it up with my routine make up process. Highly recommend this product. I couldn't even feel the micro needles... I have been wearing masks for over a year while working my 12 hour shifts. No matter how many times I switch out my masks and keep my face clean, i always end up with breakouts and cystic acne here and there and I would just touch them and pick on them without thinking and irritate them even more. This patch does help with cystic acnes and the random pimples that pop out of nowhere. I would definitely recommend this to whoever is having acne issues! This was terrible. I dont know how old the product I got was, but when I opened it up they were all shriveled. Imagine if you took your contacts out at the end of the night and didnt put them in solution. That is what they look like. The needles part of the patch completely lifted and curled from the rest of the patch which renders them useless. Could be a fluke but I have no way to know. Guess I'll live with my cystic acne on my face for a few more days till I can get some from another brand that hopefully works better. Read more

I’ve used several brands/types of blemish patches. Both with and without the microtip/microneedle feature. These weren’t the best. I only used a few of them. Several of the patches were curled up like they were improperly packaged/got dried out. The needle section in some of the patches even curled away/separated from the patches in some places. This is a simple yet effective acne patch you can use. This helps me to not touch my acne or zits on my face and this definitely seems to soothe the acne. My acne gets a lot better after using several patches and I use them so quickly that I always try to stock up on them. However, it's a bit less adhesive in my opinion but this might be better when you have to peel them off within a few hours. Read more
