I like the compact packaging of this patch kit, it’s something I can easily put under the seat of my bike. It comes with two round patches and four round patches and two rectangle patches as well as a tube of rubber cement, a metal circle to help roughen the surface and two rubber valve covers. Everything is nice and compact, which is nice. There’s also room in the package for other small repair parts that might be needed, but didn’t come with a kit. The summer‘s listing details how to apply a patch, which is great but it also includes one common piece to patch Repair, which is chalk or some sort of marking of the hole. That is not included in this patch kit and is a pretty critical element to have. So if you’re going to get this patch kit, definitely add in something that will circle the hole so you can patch it appropriately. I do think that the seller‘s price point given the materials included. It’s a bit overpriced, but not too bad. I do appreciate there’s room in this container for a few other things as well and it’s not very heavy. I don’t like it has a “hang tag” piece on the top of it because I’m not going to use it that way and now it just becomes a bulky piece with a little bit more weight that I don’t need with my bike. This kit also includes 1 Metal Buffer, and a single 7ml (7cc) tube of rubber cement glue. It hardly weighs anything and doesn't take up any space, so it's perfect to have on hand for when you get that occasional flat tire. Their description says that this kit also works with things like inflatable rafts or beds and naturally Mountain bikes, or BMX bikes. It even list ATV's tires as something these patches can repair. The directions for use are listed as: 1. Roughen the puncture area with the metal buffer. 2. Apply rubber cement and wait for it to dry. 3. Press the patch firmly. The puncture is perfectly repaired in minutes. This kit costs less than the standalone cost of most inner tubes and has 6 repair patches. So it's easily worth the cost in my opinion. I got these specifically for my son's mountain bike. And so far the one that I installed works as expected. I think I did a pretty good job. The reason I mention that is because it's my belief that application can be subjective, there are any number of variables. So I won't update this review if it does fail for any reason that could be anecdotal.
