I have been dealing with some tendinitis in my foot, I’m on my feet a lot at work and I have a very high arch. These did make my shoe feel a bit tight which was slightly uncomfortable when I first put it on. It’s not a thin insert. But I didn’t have a bit of tendon pain even on the fist day. Bought both the 220+ and the 240+. Preferred the 220. The 240s we're a little too stiff, caused a lot of pain. I liked the gel heel compared to other brands like Fulton's cork heel. Read more
