Microphone doesn't last

We got this for my son for his birthday at the end of December. It is now April and the microphone has already stopped working. He is meticulous with care for his things so I know it hasn't been abused. He states for anyone that may be interested that the earphones are not big enough and that the hard plastic on the inside starts getting incredibly uncomfortable after 10 minutes of use. His friend that told him about this headset had the exact same problem with the microphone about 2 months ago and had to get a new one. The return window has closed so I know we won't get a refund, but I thought I would let anyone who is looking know our experience. Read more
