Work well! They keep your collar closed
These work very well. I have difficulty buying dress shirts as I have about an 18 1/2" neck. If I buy 2XL shirts, I swim in them, the sides and sleeves are way too big. If I buy XL shirts, the fit everywhere but the neck is usually fine. This was my solution. I recently needed to wear them, but one loop didn't do the trick, I needed two to fully secure the collar. I'm disappointed in how stiff these are without any real elasticity. Read more

The solid black ones are completely useless. They don't stretch at all which is kinda mandatory. They're solid hard black plastic, with the loop not big enough to put a button through. ??? What's the point. Be honest, don't bait and switch and try to make people think they're getting a better value by throwing in 25% of unusable items. The ones that actually do stretch seem nice.
