Customers find these tongue pads beautifully made and effective, particularly for shoes that are 1/2 too big, helping keep feet from sliding around and providing good support for low instep shoes.
These self adhesive pad are well-made and work great in filling a little void area in your footwear. I use these in cowboy boots near the instep to get a more snug fit. Works great with lace-up boots, too. Just place these on the underside of the tougne for a firmer fit. These adhesive is very strong, so they won't fall off. Read more
Extremely helpful. I was born with a clubbed foot on one side and so the leg, ankle and instep are much more narrow. These were helpful at filling in volume on this side without putting insoles that pull my heel out of the heel counter. Read more

Haven’t stuck them in my boots permanently yet, but temporarily placed and seem like they will be just what I need. I have a low insep on one foot so my boot is a tad loose. This should be the fix I need. Soft feel and appears durable. Will give the support I need. Read more
