I buy these as a topper for my Labrador’s dry food ( yes, I know…. He’s spoiled & Im the guilty one!) I use to buy canned food and would use that, these are much easier & quicker for me and I simply squeeze 1/3rd of a bag ontop of his food. I haven’t figured out the math in terms of economical value, probably costs me more than canned, but you can’t beat the convenience. Dog liked it fine and it is a good deal for the money. We use it as a topper for our elderly small breed dog on his dry food. He does not scarf it quite as eagerly as our normal brand but i bought this in a pinch. I like that its more liquid, as opposed to our normal which is like soft solid food that has to be broken up. Didn’t upset his tummy when we switched it up. The pouch is a little weird, i end up getting some on my hands every time i feed him, which is the only reason i don’t give 5 stars. Read more

I have a larger dog. A lab /border collie mix. She weighs about 70 pounds. I use this to add some flavor to her ordinary dry dog food. It looks like real food. Dog food never really smells very good but this smell smells OK in that regard. It looks fresh, And you can see the vegetables and pasta in the mix. It adds a little extra nutrition to her food as well. One packet with a scoop of dry dog food works for us. She loves it. Read more

Decent product at decent price. ANGRY customer. Requiring VET approval for dog food is ridiculous. There is NO law or good reason requiring this. They just pulled it out of their rear hole Amazon has been doing stuff that makes them less and less attractive as a vendor.
