Tiles from same order do not match!

We ordered three boxes of the Khaki tiles. We laid the first box, which, of course, we had to cut some tiles to fit. When we opened the second box and laid the first tile down, the color did not match the tiles from the first box. We checked the color code on all of the boxes, and they were the same. We opened the third box, and it matched the second. I contacted Amazon and was told the only thing they can do is for me to order more boxes of carpet tile, and hopefully they will match. The Customer service representative told me to contact them after I review the tiles, and they will help me get a refund for the other tiles. I am not pleased with Amazon's customer service or Sookea's product quality control. Read more

While the backing is difficult to start to get off the adhesive is strong so make sure you have it where you want it. I ordered 2 packs of 20 (at the same time) they arrived 2 days appart. The second box I ended up not needing so I will be returning it, also it was missing 1 square. It is by no means something you should get if you are looking for soft and comfy. Read more
